Prices / 販売価格

Prices for products and services will be displayed in the quotation or at checkout before payment.

TOMODACHI reviews each request and confirms product availability before providing a quotation. The quotation may include the product price, purchasing/concierge service fee, and other applicable charges.

商品・サービスの価格は、お支払い前に見積書または決済画面に表示します。

TOMODACHIでは、お客様のご依頼内容に基づき商品の購入可否を確認した後、商品代金、購入代行・コンシェルジュサービス料金その他必要な費用を含む見積金額をご案内します。

Shipping Fees / 配送手数料

The current Standard international shipping rate is JPY 3,000 for packages up to 2 kg to supported destinations.

If a different shipping method, package weight, size, or other condition applies, the applicable shipping fee will be clearly provided in the quotation or displayed at checkout before payment.

現在のStandard国際配送については、対象地域への2kgまでの荷物は3,000円に設定しています。

配送方法、重量、サイズその他の条件により異なる送料が適用される場合は、お支払い前に見積書または決済画面にて金額をご案内します。

Additional Charges / 商品価格以外の追加料金

Depending on the request, additional charges may include:

  • Purchasing or concierge service fees

  • Domestic shipping costs within Japan

  • Packing or special handling fees

  • International shipping fees

  • Other costs specifically required to fulfill the request

Any applicable charges will be disclosed before payment.

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region may also apply. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

ご依頼内容に応じて、商品代金のほか、以下の費用が発生する場合があります。

  • 購入代行・コンシェルジュサービス料金

  • 日本国内での商品取り寄せ送料

  • 梱包または特別な取扱いに必要な費用

  • 国際送料

  • その他、ご依頼の履行に必要な費用

発生する費用については、お支払い前にご案内します。

また、配送先の国・地域により、関税、輸入税、VAT/GST、通関手数料その他の費用が発生する場合があります。別途明示する場合を除き、これらの費用はお客様のご負担となります。

Delivery and Fulfillment Time / 商品の購入・発送時期

We begin purchasing or procurement after payment has been confirmed.

The time required to obtain an item varies depending on availability, the seller or store, release dates, pre-order schedules, event dates, and other circumstances.

The expected procurement and shipping schedule will be provided in the quotation or order information whenever applicable.

After the item has arrived at TOMODACHI, we will check the contents, prepare the package, and arrange international shipping.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs procedures, weather, transportation conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

ご入金確認後、商品の購入・手配を開始します。

商品の入手時期は、販売店の在庫状況、販売元、発売日、予約商品の入荷予定、イベント開催日その他の事情により異なります。

購入・発送予定については、必要に応じて見積時または注文情報にてご案内します。

商品がTOMODACHIに到着した後、内容確認および梱包を行い、国際発送を手配します。

国際配送に要する期間は、配送先、配送方法、通関、天候、輸送状況その他当方の管理外の事情により異なります。

Payment Methods and Timing / 決済方法と支払時期

Customers may use credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment is required after the customer has reviewed and approved the quotation and before TOMODACHI begins purchasing or procuring the requested items.

クレジットカードその他、決済画面に表示される支払方法をご利用いただけます。

お客様に見積内容をご確認・承認いただいた後、TOMODACHIが商品の購入・手配を開始する前にお支払いいただきます。

Cancellation / キャンセル

Once payment has been completed and TOMODACHI has begun purchasing or procuring the requested item, cancellations requested for the customer's convenience are generally not accepted.

If procurement has not yet begun, please contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible based on the status of the request.

お客様による見積内容の承認および決済完了後、TOMODACHIが商品の購入・手配を開始した場合、お客様都合によるキャンセルは原則としてお受けできません。

購入手配開始前の場合は、できるだけ早くメールにてご連絡ください。ご依頼の進行状況を確認したうえで、キャンセルの可否をご案内します。

Returns and Exchanges / 返品・交換

Due to the nature of our purchasing and concierge service, returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer are generally not accepted once an item has been procured.

If you receive an incorrect item, or if there is a significant defect or damage caused by TOMODACHI, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order information and photographs showing the issue when possible.

購入代行・コンシェルジュサービスの性質上、商品の購入手配後のお客様都合による返品・交換は原則としてお受けしておりません。

誤った商品が届いた場合、または当方の責任による重大な破損・不備がある場合は、商品到着後7日以内にメールにてご連絡ください。

可能な場合は、ご注文情報と商品の状態が確認できる写真を添付してください。

Refund Policy / 返金ポリシー

If TOMODACHI is unable to obtain an item due to it being sold out, discontinued, unavailable, or for another reason beyond our control, we will refund the amount received for the item or affected portion of the order.

If an incorrect item is shipped or a significant problem attributable to TOMODACHI is confirmed, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund.

Minor scratches, dents, creases, fading, or other imperfections to product packaging may not qualify for a refund if they do not materially affect the item itself, particularly for secondhand, vintage, rare, event-exclusive, or individually distributed items.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

商品の売り切れ、販売中止、入手不能その他の理由によりTOMODACHIが商品を購入できなかった場合は、購入できなかった商品または該当部分について受領済みの金額を返金します。

誤配送、当方の責任による重大な破損・不備その他当方に起因する問題が確認された場合は、状況に応じて交換、返金その他適切な方法により対応します。

中古品、ヴィンテージ品、希少品、イベント限定商品、個人によって頒布された商品等について、商品本体に重大な支障がない外箱・パッケージ等の軽微な傷、へこみ、折れ、色あせその他の状態については、返金対象とならない場合があります。

本ポリシーは、適用法令により排除することのできないお客様の権利を制限するものではありません。

Return Shipping / 返品時の送料

If a return is required due to an incorrect shipment or another significant issue attributable to TOMODACHI, TOMODACHI will bear the reasonable return shipping costs.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

当方の責任による誤配送または重大な不備により返品が必要となった場合、合理的な範囲の返品送料はTOMODACHIが負担します。

商品を返送する前に、必ずメールにてご連絡ください。事前のご連絡なく返送された商品については、返品・返金をお受けできない場合があります。
